Project Completion – 168 Chapel Street, Windsor

Published: June 16, 2023

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Chapel St project, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result. This development stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment and collaborative spirit of our team, collaborators, and suppliers.

The development showcases four levels of commercial office space, accompanied by a ground-floor restaurant space to be operated by the esteemed Commune Group. The synergy between modern design and functional elegance is evident in every aspect of this project, delivering a space that is both visually striking and highly practical.

Jordan Stout, our esteemed Project Manager, shared his thoughts on the completion of 168 Chapel St, stating, “Working on 168 Chapel St has been an awesome experience, and I take pride in a few standout aspects. Firstly, we were able to install the value doors from the original bank into the lobby, preserving a piece of history within the modern design of the building. Secondly, the intricate concrete facades columns and curved concrete ceilings have been truly exceptional features, unlike anything seen on Chapel Street before. Lastly, the opportunity to work on such a high-profile and well-known streetscape, unlike anything else currently in Chapel Street, has been a particularly rewarding achievement.”

At Cobild, we firmly believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration. The successful completion of Chapel St is a testament to the extraordinary achievements that can be accomplished when talented individuals and organisations come together to create something truly remarkable. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our team and collaborators, as their expertise, dedication, and shared vision have been instrumental in delivering this outstanding development.
