Construction Program
Construction has been approved by the City of Stonnington and is scheduled to:

What to Expect During Construction
During construction, nearby residents and businesses may notice:
- Construction activity during approved working hours
- Managed construction vehicle movements
- Temporary traffic and pedestrian management
- Temporary changes to parking arrangements, including the use of the Carters Avenue public car park
All works will be undertaken in accordance with an approved Construction Management Plan, with a focus on safety, minimising disruption and maintaining access to surrounding properties.
Temporary Use of Carters Avenue Car Park
The Carters Avenue public car park will be temporarily occupied to support construction activities. Using this area allows construction movements and site facilities to be contained within a managed space, helping to reduce impacts on surrounding residential streets and improve safety.
The car park will be fully reinstated to Council standards at project completion.
